  • Priority #2: Training on budget management and the statutory and regulatory requirements for the operation of projects funded under the Federal TRIO Programs.
  • Priority #5: Training on strategies for recruiting and serving hard-to-reach populations, including students who are limited English proficient, students from groups that are traditionally underrepresented in postsecondary education, students with disabilities, students who are homeless children and youths (as this term is defined in section 725 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11434a)), students who are foster care youth, or other disconnected students.
